The Phantom Skirt features an adjustable drawstring and is made to your measurements. Because of the open crochet construction, the fabric naturally relaxes and lengthens with wear. Each skirt is pre-stretched before finishing to minimize this, but your skirt may arrive a little shorter than it’s eventual resting length and soften into its final drape over time.
